Myrtle Beach residents will be especially happy to hear that HGTV recently featured the Grand Strand on the coast of South Carolina in their newest episode of Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Yes, your community is about to be HGTV famous.
The episode is titled “Resort Getaway on the Strand” and features a young couple from Columbia, SC on the hunt for a beach front vacation condo on the Grand Strand. The couple has a 7-month-old boy and say they want him to grow up near the water. Their budget is $150,000 for a condo just steps from the ocean, so tune in to see if HGTV is able to pull off yet another successful bargain hunt.
The episode is a part of Beachfront Bargain Hunt’s 20th season and aired on Sunday, August 26th. But don’t worry, it is scheduled for repeated showings in the future so you can see all that the Grand Strand has to offer. It might even have you thinking about making a move closer to the ocean, too!
